人乳头瘤状病毒在头颈部鳞状细胞癌中的研究进展

摘要

高危型人乳头瘤状病毒是宫颈癌的主要致病因素,近年来研究发现人乳头瘤状病毒感染与头颈部鳞状细胞癌的发生也存在密切关系.本文对人乳头瘤状病毒相关性头颈部鳞状细胞癌的流行病学、致癌机制、诊断方法、治疗及预后等方面的研究进展作一综述.%Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a major causative agent of cervical cancers. Over the past several decades, increasing number of studies established strong association of HPV with a subset of head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCCs). In the present study, we reviewed evidence, including epidemiology, carcinogens, diagnosis, treatment, and pro-gnosis, showing that HPV-positive HNSCCs exhibit a variety of distinct characteristics for understanding tumor biology and improving cancer treatment.
