农村支付服务环境建设的实践与思考--以陕西省为例

摘要

近年来，随着人民银行西安分行农村支付服务环境建设工作的持续深入开展，陕西农村支付服务环境明显改善，取得了显著成效，但与城市支付服务环境相比，仍存在着明显差异。本文通过分析当前陕西省城乡支付服务存在的主要差异，结合近年来的工作实践，就进一步改善农村支付服务环境提出了相关建议。%In recent years, along with the continuous and deep development of the construction of rural payment environment of Xi’an Branch of PBC, the rural payment environment of Shaanxi province has significantly been improved, and the remarkable ef-fects have been achieved. But in contrast with the urban payment environment, there are still some obvious differences. With the prac-tical work in recent years, the paper analyzes the differences between the urban payment environment and the rural payment environ-ment, and puts forward related suggestions on improving the rural payment environment.
