推广银行卡助农取款服务点情况的调查--以甘肃省武威市为例

The service of Bank cards’ helping farmers to withdraw is an important measure of the People’s Bank of China to promote the development of the inclusive finance, implement the financial poverty alleviation and favorable policies of the central gov-ernment, promote the rural economic development, and help to build a new socialist countryside. For further learning about the devel-opment of the business of bank cards to help farmers withdrawal in Wuwei city in Gansu province, Wuwei Municipal Sub-branch PBC made a deep survey on the establishment of the service points of 9 banking institutions, and puts forward some suggestions on existing problems.%银行卡助农取款服务是人民银行推动发展普惠金融、执行中央金融扶贫及惠农政策、推动农村经济发展、助力社会主义新农村建设的一项重要举措。为深入了解掌握甘肃武威市银行卡助农取款服务点业务的发展情况，中国人民银行武威市中心支行(以下称“武威中支”)对全市9家银行业金融机构银行卡助农取款服务点的设立情况进行了深入调查，对存在的问题提出相关建议。
