利用高扩张滑套开关工具关闭投球压裂滑套

XD1井是海上致密气开发的第一口先导试验井,采用尾管固井及射孔完井、封隔器及带有球座的压裂滑套方式进行压裂,在出水风险高的对应压裂段使用了可重复开关的投球压裂滑套.受管柱、工具结构及施工风险的影响,常规滑套开关工具无法关闭可疑出水层位的滑套.高扩张滑套开关工具通过连续油管下至需要打开或关闭的可重复开关压裂滑套深度,采用加压使铰链式结构的锁块张开以挂住球座,通过上提或下放工具,在不钻磨球座的前提下实现压裂滑套的打开与关闭作业,为同类型压裂滑套打开或关闭作业提供了借鉴.%The well XD1 is the first pilot test well for development of offshore tight gas. It usedliner cementing technology and perforation completion technology. In addition, a packer and the ball actuated fracturing sleeve with the ball seat were used for fracturing, this fracturing sleeve can be repeatedly switched, and is mainly used for the fracturing section with high risk of producing water.Due to the influence of the string, tool structure and construction risks, the conventional sliding sleeve switch tool cannot close the sliding sleeve located in the water layer.Howerer, the high-expansion sliding sleeve switch tool conveyed by the coiled tubing, can be run in to the required layer. It uses a pressurized method to open the lock block with the hinged structure to catch the ball seat.Under the premise of not drilling and grinding the ball seat, the opening and closing operation for the fracturing sleeve is realized by the trip of the tool, which provides a reference for the same type of fracturing sleeve operation.
