正弦波与双脉冲MIG焊薄片铝合金方法对比研究

摘要

On the problems of control parameter optimization, robustness and welding process stability in aluminum alloy welding, especially that aluminum alloy sheets was very easy perforation in welding process, by introducing the time swing coefficient kAt, current swing coefficient kAI and energy decreased coefficient ktr and energy decreasd coefficient ktq in dense pulses, energy decreasd coefficient ktr in sparse pulses and current increasee coefficient kI. In this article, these were respectively established that the universal relationship formulas of parameters in the double-pulsed MIG welding and the dissymmetry sinusoid modulated pulsed MIG welding. And the feasibility through the processing 1 mm sheet aluminum alloy welding tests was respectively validated. The test contrast had validated that parameters of the double-pulsd MIG welding were chose referring to parameters of the sinusoid modulated pulsed MIG welding, but were not the same advantage. Because of too strict value of welding parameters, so that their working confine was too small, not to be good robustness and not to easily control, etc.. The relationship formulas of parameters and their feasibility tests provided a new theoretical and test foundation on developing of high performance welding equipments to be able to steadily weld aluminum alloy sheets.%针对铝合金焊接控制参数的优化、鲁棒性以及焊接过程稳定性等问题,尤其是薄片铝合金易焊穿等难题,本文通过引入时间振幅系数ks、电流振幅系数kAt降能系数kt、强脉冲群降能系数(k)、弱脉冲群降能系数(k)及电流增强系数k1等,分别建立了非对称正弦波调制脉冲MIG焊和双脉冲MIG焊的通用参数关系式,并分别时厚1mm的薄片铝合金进行了焊接试验,验证了其可行性.试验对比表明:双脉冲MIG焊方法可以参照非对称正弦波调制脉冲MIG焊方法选定参数,但前者比后者有明显的劣势,因其焊接工艺参数取值要求准确严格,以致其偏差范围要求过小,鲁棒性差,不易操控等.所建立的通用参数关系式及其可行性试验,为研制能稳定进行薄片铝合金焊接的高性能焊接设备提供了新的理论与试验基础.
