板卷连续成型制造直缝埋弧焊管工艺介绍

         

摘要

The conventional forming processes for SAWL pipe include UOE forming, CFE row-roll forming process, RBE roll forming, JCOE forming, C forming, PFP bending forming etc., only CFE row-roll forming adopts rolled steel coil among these methods. In this article, it introduced SAWL pipe process in domestic some manufacturer by adopting self-developed steel strip continuous forming equipment. Comparing self-developed forming process and product quality with other SAWL forming processes, the results showed that the product quality by adopting self-developed forming process is more stable and reliable than that of HFW pipe, and its raw material cost is cheaper, and with better product performance than that of SSAW pipe. In the end, it pointed out its market advantage of utilizing the said forming process to manufacture small diameter SAWL pipe with thin wall thickness.%通常直缝埋孤焊钢管的成型工艺主要有UOE法、CFE排辊成型法、RBE辊弯成型法,JCOE成型法、C成型法和PFP逐步折弯成型法等,其中只有CFE排辊成型法采用钢卷.本研究介绍了国内某直缝埋弧焊管制造企业采用自行研制的板卷连续成型设备,制造直缝埋弧焊管的生产工艺.与其他直缝埋弧焊管成型工艺及产品质量比较,其成型稳定性较高,原料成本较低,比HFW焊管质量更稳定可靠,比螺旋埋弧焊管原料性能更具优势.同时指出了用该成型工艺制造小管径薄壁直缝埋弧焊管的市场优势.
