深海脐带缆超级双相不锈钢盘管的研制

摘要

介绍了深海脐带缆的基本构成及发展现状，简述了脐带缆内管生产线，即超级双相不锈钢盘管生产线的基本要求以及主要组成设备。分析了生产线主要设备管-管全位置对焊装置、抛光装置、 X射线平板数字成像检测装置、收卷装置、水压试验装置的结构和功能。采用该生产线进行了ø14.7 mm×1 mm规格S32750（SAF2507）超级双相不锈盘管的试制，试验结果表明，试制盘卷的力学性能完全符合ISO 13628-5-2009等有关标准要求，该生产线可以满足实际生产的需要。%In this article, it introduced the basic constitution and development status of deep-sea umbilical cable,expatiated the basic requirements and main equipment of inner pipe production line of umbilical cable,namely super duplex stainless coiled pipe production line. It also analyzed structure and function of some device,including pipe full position butt welding device,polishing device,X-ray plate digital imaging device,wrap-up device and water-pressure tester. This production line was adopted to conduct trial production of S32750(SAF2507) super duplex stainless coiled pipe with ø14.7 mm×1 mm size. The practice results showed that the mechanical properties of the trial production volume in full compliance with requirements of ISO 13628-5-2009 and other relevant standards,this production line can meet the needs of actual production.
