TC4钛合金薄壁圆管纵缝TIG焊接模拟与分析

         

摘要

Aimed at deformation problem of TC4 titanium alloy thin-wall pipe TIG welding, it adopted welding simulation software SYSWELD and double ellipsoid heat source model to establish a finite element model to simulate TIG welding course of TC4 thin-walled tube. Through three-dimensional laser scanning measure for welded specimen deformation, the temperature field after welding and welding deformation were analyzed. The results indicated that the welding deformation simulation result is consistent with test resuthe validity of finite element model was verified.%针对钛合金TC4薄壁圆管TIG焊接变形问题,采用SYSWELD焊接模拟软件和双椭球体热源模型,建立了TIG焊接有限元分析模型,对钛合金TC4薄壁圆管纵缝TIG焊接过程进行了模拟仿真。通过激光三维扫描对焊接试件变形情况进行测量,并对焊后温度场以及焊接变形进行了分析。研究表明,焊接变形模拟结果与试验结果规律较吻合,验证了有限元模型的有效性。
