abstract： This article discourses a rake device of the electronic belt conveyor scale, the device has a totally closed hood structure and the feature such as closed weigher environment, the even and sequential flowing material, stable measurement and good mixed effect. It can prevent rasing dust and easy to clean, mix different material to a reasonable ratio, and has great effect to the tobacco technology.%本文论述了一种烟草制丝线电子皮带秤匀料装置的设计,这种装置为全封闭罩式结构,具有计量环境封闭、出料均匀连续、计量稳定、掺配效果好、能有效防止落料扬尘和便于清洁,有效实现了成品烟丝中不同物料的合理掺配,对烟草制丝工艺控制有着十分重要的意义。
