皮带秤在铝业生产中的应用

摘要

abstract： This paper introduces two typical belt weigher examples in aluminum production process application, and points out clearly accuracy for the 0.5 stage belt scale for trade settlement, 1 stage belt scale for enterprise internal accounting, 2 stage belt scale for industrial control. Inspection accuracy is used in routine accuracy. At the same time, this article analyses technically to the engineering design of configuration, installation and debugging, testing for the problems.%本文介绍了皮带秤在铝业生产过程应用中的两个典型事例，明确指出：准确度为0．5级皮带秤适用于贸易结算，1．0级皮带秤适用于企业内部核算，2．0级皮带秤适用于工业控制管理。检验准确度就是日常中使用的准确度。同时，对工程设计中的配置、安装调试，检验中存在的问题进行了技术分析。
