Discontinuous totalizing scale is precise weighing equipment, which integrates complex electric, pneumatic and mechanic components, and has complex structure, so its failure judgment and handling are difficult. According to working experience for many years, the author sums up and finds a set of methods for quick diagnosis and handling method of normal failures of discontinuous totalizing scale. Use of these methods shortens repair time, ensures normal operation of discontinuous totalizing scale, and reduces repair expense.
