镇江市征润州污水处理厂改扩建工程设计与运行

     

摘要

Modified oxidation pond was applied to the second stage reconstruction and extension project of Zhengrunzhou Wastewater Treatment Plant in Zhenjiang City. Design scale of second-phase project was 5. 5×104 m3/d and the capacity of CAST could catch up to 1. 25×105 m3/d by setting regulating pond. There existed two combinations of pond system and CAST system: parallel operation to increase capacity in recent period, serial operation to improve the treatment efficiency in long-term. Diving aeration was recommended for aerated pond and biological pond. The bottom sludge and residual sludge were discharged into film constructed filter drying bed. The operation data showed that average pollutants removal rate of pond system was above 70% and the effluent quality met the standards. This paper introduced the treatment process, design parameters, equipments and investment, and the design characteristics were also summarized.%镇江市征润州污水处理厂二期改扩建工程规模为5.5万m3/d,采用改良型氧化塘工艺,同时设置调节塘使原CAST系统处理水量达到12.5万m3/d.塘系统与CAST系统可形成两种组合:近期并联运行扩容,远期串联运行提标.曝气塘和生物塘采用潜水曝气方式,底泥和剩余污泥排入覆膜人工滤层干化床.运行数据表明,塘系统对各污染物的平均去除率均在70%以上,出水水质达标.介绍了工艺流程、设计参数、设备配置情况及项目投资,并总结了设计特点.
