广州珠江新城西塔热水系统设计

摘要

介绍超高层综合性建筑珠江新城西塔的热水系统设计,重点介绍其中的白金五星级酒店——四季酒店的集中供热系统的设计过程,分析了其热源、锅炉、热交换器选择等关键内容,并对采用热泵作为热源,系统同程布置,电伴热保温及酒店管理公司设计标准与国内规范的整合等设计进行了探讨,供高度超过250m超高层综合建筑集中热水设计参考.%This paper introduced the hot water system design for a super high-rising comprehensive building - Zhujiang New Town xita building. Especially this paper described emphatically the centralized heat supply system design process of a five-star hotel - Four Season Hotel including the heat source, boiler and heat exchanger. Discussion was carried out in the aspects of adoption of heat pump as heat source, same-course system layout, electrically keeping warm and the integration of the international hotel management design standard and the domestic design code. This paper could offer references for the centralized hot water system design of the super high-rising comprehensive building with more than 250 meters height.
