小型污水处理厂自动控制系统的研究与开发

     

摘要

A small automatic control system for wastewater treatment was developed. It had the advantages of low cost, simple operation, and good economical applicability. The control system was composed of a controller and a PC connected, which are by the RS-485 to interconnect. And the system was provided with many functions, such as full - flow automatic controlling, displaying the process flow, monitoring running status of devices, failure alarming, mapping trend, and prepare statements. The technologically mature AT89C52 was applied on CPU, and the X5045 chip is extended. Modular structure was used for the controller hardware, and I/O modules was designed according to the scale of small sewage treatment plants, including 2 I/O input board with 64 circuits, 1 I/O output board with 32 circuits, 1 I/O input and output board with 16 circuits composing of 8 simulated data input circuits and 4 output circuits. These various I/O boards could be configured according to different wastewater treatment plant scales.%研究开发了一种成本低、操作简单、经济适用的小型污水处理自动控制系统.该系统由一台控制器和一台上位机通过RS- 485串口连接组成,具备污水处理全流程自动控制、工艺流程显示、设备运行状态监视、故障报警、趋势图绘制、报表制作等功能.控制器CPU选用了技术成熟的AT89C52,并扩展了X5045芯片.控制器硬件采用模块化结构,按照一般小型污水处理厂规模设计开关量输入板2块,共64路;开关量输出板1块,共32路;开关量输入/输出板1块,各16路;模拟量输入8路、输出4路.各种输入/输出板可针对不同污水处理厂实际规模进行配置.
