核电站海水冷却塔淋水填料特性研究

     

摘要

自然通风冷却塔的冷却效果主要由淋水填料的冷却系数和冷却塔的有效高度决定,淋水填料的换热性能决定了冷却塔的主要换热效果。以海水为介质的淋水填料的换热性能明显低于以淡水为介质的淋水填料的换热性能。通过物理模型试验和理论分析研究海水冷却塔与淡水冷却塔的热力性能差异程度及其影响因素,获取海水冷却塔淋水填料的热力阻力特性参数,为核电站海水冷却塔的设计提供依据。%The cooling effect of natural draft cooling tower was mainly determined by the cool-ing number of the water drenching fillers and the effective height of the cooling tower.The thermal performance of water drenching fillers was directly related to the main thermal performance of the cooling tower.The thermal performance of water drenching fillers in the condition of seawater is obviously worse than the thermal performance in the condition of freshwater.Through physical model test and theoretical analysis,this paper was to understand the thermal performance differ-ence between seawater cooling tower and freshwater cooling tower and the influential factors on;in addition,it was also to obtain the thermal and resistance characteristic parameters of water drenc-hing fillers for seawater cooling tower.This paper might provide a basis for the design of the sea water cooling tower in nuclear power station.
