大坝监测仪器振弦式应变计率定的实验室比对

         

摘要

Vibrating wire extensometer is dam safety monitoring instrument buried in the dam. Before leaving factory or being buried, it generally should pass professional appearance inspection, fundamental electrical and stability test. To test the consistency of test results between different laboratories, Dam Safety Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Water Resources and Inspection and Test Center for Hydrometric and Geotechnical Engineering Instrument's Quality Supervision of the Ministry of Water Resources carried out a comparison test about vibrating string type Strain gauge rate detection. The article introduces the situation of comparison test and expounds its planning, implementation and main technical points. And it summarizes that the two test results are basically consistent. The comparison experiment result is satisfactory.%  振弦式应变计是一种埋设在大坝内监测大坝应力应变的大坝安全监测仪器,在出厂或埋设前,一般都要经过专业的外观检查、基本性能率定和稳定性检测。为验证不同实验室之间检测结果的一致性,水利部大坝安全监测中心和水利部水文仪器及岩土工程仪器质量监督检验测试中心,开展了振弦式应变计率定检测的比对试验。介绍振弦式应变计率定的实验室间比对试验情况,阐述比对试验的策划、实施、技术要点等,并对比对试验结果进行分析总结,说明参加比对的2个实验室的测量结果基本上是一致的,本次比对实验结果是满意的。
