青草沙水库生态护坡工程中常绿水生鸢尾定植初探

         

摘要

秋冬季节在上海市水源地青草沙水库护坡生态化工程中进行常绿水生鸢尾的引种定植试验.通过植株定植不同阶段不同水深条件下形态(分蘖数、株高、叶长、叶宽)和生理指标(丙二醛、叶片相对电导率)观察检测,结果显示:不同定植阶段分蘖数先减少后增多,株高在有水深(10 cm和20 cm)条件下逐渐增大,叶长、叶宽、丙二醛(MDA)和叶片相对电导率(REC)减小;不同水深条件下分蘖数、叶长、叶宽差异不明显,株高、MDA、REC中间水深条件优于淹没水深条件.说明常绿水生鸢尾可以适应护坡生态化工程应用,且可在秋冬季节进行定植;具备一定的水深条件(10 cm和20 cm)可以提高植株的适应性,有利于植株的定植,完全淹没会对定植造成胁迫.常绿水生鸢尾具备最适种植水深.%Iris hexagonus planting test was conducted in the ecological slope protection engineering of Qingcaosha reservoir,which is the water source of Shanghai.Morphological characteristics (tiller number,height of plant,length of leaf,width of leaf) and physiological indexes (MDA,REC-relative electric conductivity) were detected at different depth of water and planting stages.The results showed that tiller number decreased after increasing first,height of plant increased gradually under the conditions of water depth (20 cm and 10 cm in depth),but length of leaf,width of leaf,MDA and REC reduced at different stages.There were no significant differences at tiller number,length of leaf or width of leaf,but plant height,MDA and REC at intermediate water depth conditions were better than that of submerged water depth.The analysis showed that Iris hexagonus could be applied to the ecological slope protection engineering and planted in autumn or winter season successfully; Iris hexagonus could grow better at water depth conditions (20 cm and 10 cm),but stressed submerged to water completely.Iris hexagonus had the optimum planting depth.
