在当前水资源短缺的情况下,油田消防系统中补给水水源匮乏的问题日益突出。将油田采出水深度处理后回用为消防补给水,可保证油田消防系统水源充足且得到有效利用,并能减小对环境的污染。该研究在传统处理工艺的基础上利用不同的树脂对油田采出水进行软化和吸附处理,同时对树脂的衰减性能进行了探讨。结果表明,经过深度处理后的采出水可以作为消防补给水使用,且两种树脂能使处理后水质长时间满足消防要求。研究结果对于为油田消防系统提供充足的水源具有重要的现实意义。%Due to lacking of water resources,the issue of makeup water shortage in oilfield fire-control system has become increasingly highlighted. To guarantee the sufficiency and effective utilization of water resource,as well as to minimize the contamination to the adjacent environment,the reclaimed water can be reused as the makeup water for fire controlling after advanced treatment. In this study,a pilot-scale test including an advanced treatment unit composed of ion exchange resins and adsorbent resins was conducted,and the attenuating properties of the resins were analyzed. The results indicate that the reclaimed water quality of the advanced treatment can basically meet the standards of non-drinking water and be used as fire-control makeup water. The tested resins can assure the reclaimed water quality for fire controlling for a long period. The result is of great significance to supply sufficient makeup water for fire controlling in oilfield.
