南水北调水源与当地水源混合原水的强化絮凝共聚气浮处理工艺

         

摘要

Water come from the south to north water diversion project will be mixed with Yellow River water as raw,and water plants will be facing the problem of uncertain process operation parameters. So research on water purification process operation for mixing water was conducted to determine the effect of coagulation before and after mixing in the paper. Enhanced Flocculation-Co-Coagulation-DAF process was designed to treat the mixing water (1∶ 1). And RSM method was used to analyze the operating conditions of the process. Studies have shown that on turbidity removal rates are as follows:dosage > flocculation time > reflux ratio. And the significant degree of 3 influence factors on CODMn and UV254 are as follows:dosage > reflux ratio > flocculation time. The effect of treatment is optimal under the running condition that dosage is 6 mg/ L,flocculation time is 6 min and reflux ratio is 15% . The average removal rates of turbidity,UV 254 and CODMn are 96. 36%,45. 21% and 69. 42% respectively. Response surface model fits well,and error between the actual value and the test model predictions is small,so the model can be used to predict the actual.%该文针对南水北调东线工程即将通水现状及通水后水厂工艺运行参数不确定的问题,开展南水北调水与黄河水掺混条件下净水工艺运行研究,确定掺混前后混凝效果,并考察共聚气浮工艺对掺混水的净化效能。自主设计强化絮凝共聚气浮工艺,处理原水为南水北调水与黄河水1∶1掺混水,研究工艺净水效能。并运用响应曲面设计方法(response suface methodology,RSM)对工艺的运行工况进行分析,得到最优运行工况。研究表明,共聚气浮工艺中3个影响因素对浊度去除率影响显著程度为:投药量>二级絮凝时间>溶气水回流比;对耗氧量 CODMn、UV254去除率影响显著程度为:投药量>溶气水回流比>二级絮凝时间。在投药量为6 mg/ L、絮凝时间为6 min、回流比为15%的运行条件下,强化絮凝共聚气浮对南水北调水与黄河水1∶1掺混水的处理效果最优。对浊度、耗氧量 CODMn、UV254平均去除率分别为96.36%、45.21%、69.42%。建立的响应面模型拟合度较好,实际试验值与模型预测值误差小,所建模型可用于实际预测。
