茎段扦插长度对净水植物刺苦草生长繁殖的影响

     

摘要

The effect of length of stems' cutting on the growth and reproduction of Vallisneria spinulosa was studied in order to provide scientific suggestions for the rapid colonization of submersed macrophytes.Various indexes including ramets amount,relative height increment,relative growth rate,biomass allocation method,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and starch content were investigated.5 kinds of cutting length (10,20,30,40,50 cm) of vallisneria spinulosa stem were cultivated in buckets with a planting density of 10 crops per bucket.The growing media was compounded by sand and the silt from Gonghu Lake with 1 ∶ 1 ratio.Results showed that the most suitable length of stems was 10~ 20 cm.Because ramets amount,relative height increment,and relative growth rate were the highest,and underground part outweigh the aboveground part in biomass distribution.The soluble saccharide and starch content was the highest when the cutting length was 30~ 40 cm.The chlorophyll content in all those specimens had no significant discrepancy.%在贡湖湾水体条件下,以贡湖湾原位底泥和沙子1∶1混匀为基质,采用吊桶的方式,将10、20、30、40、50 cm五种不同长度的刺苦草茎段以每桶10株的密度扦插到橡皮桶中,研究了不同茎段扦插长度对刺苦草分株数、相对株高增量、相对生长速率、生物量分配方式、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和淀粉含量的影响.结果表明:试验结束时,扦插长度为10~ 20 cm时,刺苦草的分株数、相对株高增量和相对生长速率较大,生物量分配中地下部分占比较大;扦插长度为30~ 40 cm时,刺苦草的可溶性糖和淀粉含量较大,所有处理叶绿素含量均无显著性差异.因此,在本试验条件的水体中,刺苦草植被恢复时适宜选取10~20 cm的扦插长度.
