污水厂污泥好氧堆肥设计及运行

摘要

介绍山东省某市污水处理厂剩余污泥状况,结合泥质特点选用了好氧堆肥的处置措施,详细阐述了污泥好氧堆肥各单元的工艺及设备设计情况.系统运行状况良好,污泥经处理后达到农用标准,年平均净利润达到359.01万元,具有良好的经济和环境效益.%Sludge condition of sewage treatment plants in a city of Shandong Province was introduced.Aerobic composting disposal measure was selected according to the characteristics of sludge.Processes and equipment design of sludge aerobic composting in each unit were also described in detail.Results showed that the system was running well,and treated sludge meet sludge treatment agricultural standards.In addition,annual average net profit was 3.59 million RMB with good economic and environmental benefits.
