集成式饮用水应急处理设备对高浊水净化的应用

摘要

Natural hazard such as earthquakes,landslides burst,often lead drinking water resource presenting a high turbidity condition,and also damaging the water supply system.It can make a threat to the safety water supply,so the research has far-reaching significance in emergency drinking water treatment equipment.A Company has developed a set of integrated emergency drinking water treatment equipment,it can be used for high turbidity water treatment by pre precipitation coagulation process and ultrafiltration,the average turbidity of raw water is more than 5 000 NTU,the effluent turbidity was below 0.2 NTU after disinfection.Moreover,CODMn,iron,NH3+-N removal rate was above 90％ after the whole treatment,the effluent quality meets GB 579-2006 limit requirements,and the production can meet the drinking water demand of 10 000 people per day.Through the combination of technology modular,integrated emergency drinking water treatment equipment can also provide the corresponding treatment process for heavy metal polluted and organic polluted water,which effluent quality conforms to GB 5749-2006 limit requirements.%自然灾害如地震、泥石流突发,常常导致饮用水源呈现高浑浊度,供水系统遭严重破坏,给安全供水带来威胁,因此研究应急饮用水处理设备具有深远的意义.某公司开发了一套集成式饮用水应急处理设备,用于高浑浊度水源处理,采用预沉混凝+超滤的工艺,原水平均浑浊度超过5000 NTU,消毒出水后的浑浊度低于0.2 NTU,经过设备工艺处理后,CODMn、铁、氨氮去除率高达90％以上,出水水质符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)限值要求.设备产水可满足10 000人的饮用水需求量.通过模块化工艺组合,集成式饮用水应急处理设备可针对重金属污染原水、有机污染原水提供对应的处理工艺,出水水质均符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)限值要求.
