金海水厂排泥水处理系统运行优化

         

摘要

金海水厂排泥水处理系统自2011年投入运行后,斜板浓缩池运行遇到过很多问题,特别是冬季温度较低和藻类暴发的时候,澄清池排泥水浓度约在1% ~2%,无法满足快速沉降和浓缩的需求,浓缩池上清液无法保持稳定,严重影响排放水水质.经技术人员的不断调研、试验和对运行工艺的优化调整,逐步摸清了排泥水特性,并得出了几种成熟的运行方案:(a)高浓度的澄清池排泥水经稀释后进浓缩池浓缩;(b)澄清池排泥水走超越管不经过浓缩直接进离心脱水.稀释后二次浓缩能确保上清液排放水质,增大PAM的投加剂量至4~5 mg/L能加快泥水分离速度,并且上清液中丙烯酰胺单体的含量对受纳水体水质没有影响.%Since the sludge wastewater treatment system of Jinhai water treatment plant (WTP) was put into operation in 2011,there has been many problems in the operation of Lamella thickener,especially in winter when temperature is low and algal bloom occurs,the concentration of sludge wastewater from multiflo ranges from 1% to 2%,which cannot meet the demand for rapid sedimentation and concentration.Also the supernatant of lamella thickener cannot keep stable,which significantly affects quality of the discharged water.Through continuous investigation,test and optimization of the operation processes,characteristics of the sludge wastewater have been figured out gradually and several sophisticated operation schemes have been obtained:(a) High concentration Multiflo sludge wastewater is diluted and discharged into lamella thickener for further concentration;(b) Multiflo sludge wastewater is discharged through bypass pipe and directly into the centrifugal dehydrator without concentration.The two-time concentration after dilution ensures the quality of the supematant,the increase of PAM dosage to 4 ~ 5 mg/L speedls up the slurry separation,and the amount of acrylamide monomer in the supematant has no influence on water quality of the receiving water body.
