In the installation of the stator of No.6 generating unit of Tianshengqiao Second-cascade Hydropower Station, a quick installation method in keeping with technical requirements has been created, including stator welding, adjustment, positioning rod spot welding, steel sheet lamination, etc. Meanwhile other processing techniques such as the installation of adjustment device in the arm of rotor, the field welding of lower pressboard of magnetic yoke, the heating of magnetic yoke sheet lamination, magnetic pole installation, etc. have strictly obeyed the standards and specifications. Therefore, the installation and start-up operation of stator and rotor all are successful.%在天生桥二级水电站6号发电机定子现场安装中，对机座组焊、调整、定位筋点焊固定、铁片叠装压紧等创造了1套快捷、确保技术要求的安装方法。同时，在转子的支臂安装调整、磁轭下压板现场施焊、磁轭片叠压加热打键、磁极挂装加垫等工艺方面，都严格遵守规程规范，技术措施严谨，使定、转子均一次性安装调试成功。
