为了正确评价和反映抽水蓄能电站的作用和效益,国家制定了一系列关于开展经济评价的办法并有效发挥了作用,但也遗留了一些问题.随着近年来抽水蓄能项目建设的快速推进,这些问题已经实质性地影响了抽水蓄能项目的评价结论和工作实践.为此,分析提出了改进抽水蓄能项目经济评价方法的建议.%In order to properly evaluate and reflect the function and benefit of pumped-storage power station, a series of economic evaluation methods has been developed by State and played roles in the construction of pumped-storage project, but there are also some problems in these methods which have substantially affected the evaluation findings and practices with the rapid construction of pumped-storage projects in recent years. These problems are analyzed herein and some suggestions are also put forward to improve the economic evaluation methods of pumped-storage project.
