基于纵向涡发生器的定子通风系统温度场优化研究

         

摘要

根据流体力学及传热学理论,建立了一个水轮发电机定子通风系统流动与传热耦合计算模型,分析了定子通风系统的流场及温度场,并与试验值进行了比较,证明了模型的有效性.通过在定子通风沟内温度较高的齿部壁面设置纵向涡发生器改进其通风散热效果,并研究了纵向涡发生器的几何因素冲角和高度等对增强散热的影响,计算比较模型在不同入口风速条件下的温度,结果表明纵向涡发生器在冲角为45°,高度为5 mm时对散热效果的增强作用最大.%A coupled calculation model of ventilation system fluid flow and heat transfer of hydro-generator stator is presented according to hydronamics and heat transfer theory.The fluid field and temperature field of the stator ventilation system is analyzed by using the model,and then the result of temperature analysis is compared with test value to verify the validity of model.To improve the heat transfer of stator,the longitudinal vortex generator (LVG) is set on the wall surface of stator ventilation duct with high temperature,and then the influence of height and attack angle of the LVG on heat transfer is analyzed.The temperature field of new model is analyzed with different inlet air speed and the results show that the LVG has greatest effect on temperature decrease when the angle of attack is 45 ° and the height is 5 mm.
