日调节水电站运行对河流水环境容量的影响

         

摘要

环境容量是环境科学中一个具有重要意义的基本理论问题,它反映污染物在环境中的迁移转化和积存规律,也反映在特定功能条件下环境对污染物的承受能力。水电工程兴建对河道径流的调节,使水库库区及坝址下游河道的水文情势发生不同程度的变化,从而使水库库区及下游河道的水环境容量发生较大变化,可能对受影响河段的工农业用水、水生态系统乃至河流沿岸的社会经济产生不可逆转的长期性影响。以某具有日调节性能的水电站为例,研究探讨了水电站运行对河流水环境容量的影响.%Water environmental capacity, which reflects the laws of pollutant movement, transformation and storage in the environment and the endurance of the environment against the pollution in specific functional condition, is a very significant basic theory in environmental science. The regulation of river runoff caused by construction of hydropower project can affect the hydrological regime of the reservoir area and downstream reach in a different degree, vary the water environmental capacity of reservoir area and downstream reach obviously, and make irreversible long - term impact on industrial and agricultural use of water, ecosystems and socio - economy of river zone. In a case of a daily regulating hydropower station, this dissertation explores the impact on water environmental capacity of river caused by operation of hydropower station.
