With the development of modern vocational education system in China, vocational education has been ushered in the new opportunities historically and made enormous achievements. However, there are still many deficiencies and shortcomings in the field of vocational education, including inadequate investment, inflexible school-running mechanism, shortage of teaching staff, unharmonious specialty structure between secondary and higher vocational schools, imbalance of vocational education resources, non-coordination in vocational education and industry, etc. In allusion to these problems, it is essential to make a scientific strategy on the development of vocational education, such as improving strategic position of vocational education, reforming the education system, attracting talents, optimizing the structure of teachers, strengthening the cohesion between vocational education of different levels, building the integration mechanism of production and education, and allocating vocational education resources rationally, in order to realize the goal of accelerating the construction of modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.%随着我国现代职业教育体系建设不断深入,职业教育迎来了新的发展机遇并取得了巨大成绩.然而,当前职业教育在经费投入、办学机制、师资队伍、中高职专业衔接、职教资源分布以及与产业协同发展等方面还存在着诸多不足.针对现实问题,要科学制定职业教育发展方略,包括提升职教战略地位,改革办学体制,吸引优秀人才、优化师资队伍结构,加强职教层次间衔接,构建产教融合机制,合理配置职教资源等,以实现加快推进中国特色现代职业教育体系建设的目标.
