摘要

The China Weather TV has newly launched its AVID HD news production and broadcast system which consists of Avid ISIS7000 shared storage system, Avid Interplay media asset management platform and Avid iNews newsroom computer system. One of its subsystem, the dubbing subsystem is introduced, and its supply and demand, architecture design, equipment selection and projects implementation are discussed on.
