基于LabVIEW的电路参数测试系统的设计与实现

             

摘要

采用DDS数字合成技术,由FPGA产生测试系统的信号源,通过阻抗的数字化测量方法,设计一个基于虚拟仪器技术的参数测试系统,实现对电路参数的自动测量.该系统采用上层软件和下层硬件分级工作的总体设计方案,以当今测控领域最流行的虚拟仪器开发工具LabVIEW为软件平台,以NI ELVIS虚拟仪器套件,ALTERA公司的DE2开发板和PC机为硬件平台.系统成本较低,具有友好、灵活的人机界面,精度较高,使用方便.%A parameter measurement system based on virtual instrument technology is designed by using technology of direct digital synthesizer to realize the automatic measurement of circuit parameter.And the signal source of measurement system is produced by FPGA.The system adopts the upper software and low hardware classification work of the overall design scheme which based on the measurement and control field of the most popular virtual instrument development tools of LabVIEW for software platform,with virtual iustrument suite of NI ELVIS,DE2 of ALTERA and personal computer for hardware platform.This system which has low cost,friendly,flexble human-machine interaction and high accuracy is easy to operate.
