多电机传动机械系统的转速智能检测与控制

         

摘要

Induction motor part of excavator systems is studied according to modern mechatronic idea, parameter measurement and description of speed control are carried out on the experimental induction motor, which makes the necessary preparations for laboratory furniture building and lays a solid foundation for the relationship between the load and the current of induction motor during operation , it is conducive for easy measured amount of current to achieve the detection of the external load motor. Combined with the research, the author summarizes the variation regularity of multi-machine system external load, which has practical value and significance.%本文以现代机电一体化思想对挖掘机系统中涉及感应电动机部分进行了研究,对实验台中所使用的感应电动机进行参数测量以及转速控制描述,为实验台的搭建做出了必要的准备,为研究感应电机在运行过程中负载与电流的关系打下了坚实的基础,有利于实现简便测得电流量来达到对电机外负载的检测目的.笔者通过本文的研究总结了多机系统的外负载变化规律,具有实用价值和研究意义.
