黄花寨水电站2010年提前下闸蓄水时机分析

摘要

贵州省黄花寨水电站原计划于2010年11月1日下闸封堵导流洞,2011年1月1日开始蓄水.考虑工程施工进度及其他有利因素,电站有可能提前到9月下旬至10月初下闸并开始蓄水.为此结合当地9月、10月的水文情况和具体工程进度,对提前下闸蓄水方案进行可行性分析.分析闸门的最大承压能力,以及提前于2010年9,10月下闸蓄水时的漫坝风险.建议下闸蓄水时间安排在2010年10月份上旬的适当时间.%The Huanghuazhai reservoir will start running for water storage by closing diversion tunnel on 1 November, 2010 and generating power on 1 January, 2011 according to the schedule.The power station is possible to generate power ahead of planning under the consideration of speeding up of construction and other advantageous factors.Time for closing gate and storing water is suggested in late September or early October, 2010 after analysis of the influence of ahead of schedule of closing gate for power generation and early stage of water storage on the pressure resistant ability of the gate and the overtopping risk in September and October, 2010 when the scheduled date is moved up to the period.
