高等职业技术学院校企合作人才培养模式--以建筑工程技术专业为例

摘要

本文论述了建筑工程技术专业校企合作人才培养模式的内涵，对现阶段人才培养模式存在的问题进行研究分析，同时提出相应的政策建议，进而为高等职业技术学院的人才培养模式提供参考依据。%This paper discusses the connotation of university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode of the construction engineering technology specialty, and analyzes the problems in the personnel training mode at the present stage, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations, providing reference for personnel training mode of higher vocational and technical college.
