中国医药城医药知识产权保护现状初探

摘要

Objective: To study the intellectual property rights of pharmaceutical companies in China Medical City and analyze the problems, and to provide reference for improving intellectual property protection strategy in this region. Methods: through searching Chinese patent information service platform and survey methods to understand the patent status of enterprises in the park and make descriptive analysis to the data. Results:Some corporates' intellectual property awareness is not strong;the innovation power and capacity of enterprises is lack;intellectual property institutions are not perfect, lack of talent. Conclusion:we should strengthen the medical research of intellectual property strategy, accelerate training of intellectual property professionals, and establish and improve the pharmaceutical intellectual property rights of public service platform.%目的：研究中国医药城医药企业的知识产权状况，分析存在的问题，为完善该地区知识产权保护战略提供参考。方法：通过检索中国专利信息服务平台和问卷调查的方法，了解园区内企业的专利状况，并对资料进行描述性分析。结果：部分企业知识产权意识不强；企业的创新动力和能力不足；知识产权机构不健全，人才缺乏。结论：要加强医药知识产权战略研究，加快知识产权专业人才培养，建立和完善医药知识产权公共服务平台。
