PLC工业通讯网络在自动生产线中的应用

摘要

This paper selects the Siemens S7-200PLC as the main controller, the automatic assembly line has integrated communication port of RS485 with the function of PPI network communication. Based on PPI network, the hardware connection and debugging has been realized. And also Siemens S7-200 PLC reading and writing data of program compiling and debugging based on the complex PPI network has been realized.%文章选用西门子S7-200PLC作为主控制器，自动生产线集成RS485通信口具备PPI网络通信功能。基于此网络通信功能，实现了PPI网络的硬件连接与调试及PPI网络参数设置与调试，以及基于多台西门子S7-200 PLC的复杂PPI网络数据读写程序编写与调试。
