健全机制，创新大学生教育管理思路--以云南农业大学体育学院为例

Only by constantly innovating management mechanism, broadening education channel and innovating education methods can colleges and universities successfully achieve the their education goals and cultivate qualified builders and successors for socialism. Through summarizing the education practice of PE School of Yunnan Agricultural University, this article introduces a care system with grading warning as the core, heart-to-heart conversation, interaction between school and parents and example education as means, and psychological help and economic support as guarantee, in hope of providing inspiration for the ideological and political education of college students.%高校只有不断创新管理机制、拓展育人途径、创新教育方式，才能在新形势下保证育人目标的顺利实现，才能为社会主义培养合格的建设者和可靠的接班人。本文通过对云南农业大学体育学院学生教育管理实践的总结，介绍了以分级预警为核心，以谈话交心、家校互动、榜样教育为手段，以心理援助、经济帮扶为保障的关爱体系，以期对高校学生思想政治教育有所启发。
