解析供应链管理在施工企业物资管理中的具体措施

With the development of economy, the construction enterprises face more intense competitive pressure, and strengthening material management is an important way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Although many construction units have taken a lot of measures for material management, but there are many defects in the materials management of construction enterprises. Materials management is very important for reducing the cost, ensuring the quality and improving the efficiency of the enterprise. This article, from the supply chain management theory, analyzes the existing problems in material management of construction enterprises, and puts forward some measures.%　　随着经济的不断发展，施工企业面临的竞争压力也越来越大，而加强物资管理是有效提高企业竞争力的重要途径。虽然很多施工单位都采取了很多措施进行物资管理，但是施工企业在物资管理上还存在许多不足，而物资管理对于保障整个项目施工的降本成本、保证质量和提高企业效益有着非常重要的作用。文章从供应链管理的思想入手，分析了施工企业在物资管理中存在的问题，提出了解决问题的若干措施。
