The article analyzes the important factors and link of enterprise cost control, combined the actual cost control, and puts forward the method to improve the cost control, providing reference for the cost control of domestic enterprises in the future.%　　本文的主要目标是通过对企业成本控制中较为重要的因素和环节进行深入分析，并结合实际的成本控制情况提出针对性的解决方案，并对提高成本控制的方法进行阐述，对国内的企业在今后的实际成本控制提供一些参考。
