The smooth development of water resources and hydropower and the improvement of engineering technology are important components of the progress of social energy use. For problems currently existing in water conservancy and hydropower engineering design, this paper carried out the specific problem-solving discussion.%水利水电的顺利发展和工程技术的完善是社会能源利用进步的重要构成方面，针对当前水利水电工程设计中存在的种种问题，本文开展具体问题解决探讨。
