浅谈公路桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工技术

摘要

Due to its low cost, simple construction and strong adaptability, bored pile is widely used in road and bridge construction in China. Bored pile construction is hidden work. Bridge bored pile construction is usually carried out under water and can not be observed. And the excavation and check and accept is impossible. So any tiny fault in the construction can directly affect the quality and progress of the whole project and can also cause huge economic loss and bad social effect for the investors. Practice shows that comprehensive supervision is essential in order to achieve the advantages of bored pile construction. This article discusses the construction technology of road and bridge bored pile.%由于钻孔灌注桩的成本较低、施工简单和它的适应性强，因此我国在公路桥梁领域仍广泛的应用。灌注桩是属于很隐蔽的一项工程，桥梁的钻孔灌注桩的施工大多数是在水下进行的，它的施工过程是不能被观察到的，成建后也不能可以进行开挖和验收。因此施工当中的环节出现任何一点问题，都可能直接的影响到整个工程最后的质量以及进度，还会给投资者造成较大的经济损失以及不好的社会影响。实践证明，要体现灌注桩应用的优势就需要对施工的过程进行全面的监控，注重细节才能提高灌注桩的质量。本文就公路桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工技术进行探讨分析。
