链杆平衡管理模型在项目建设环境决策中的应用研究

     

摘要

Environmental factor is a very important factor in decision-making about construction projects, and whether the decision is correct or not has a significant impact on the construction and application of the project. Major factors which affect the environmental decision-making are the environmental factors such as geology, water and other natural environmental factors, cultural climate and social environmental factors, economic and environmental factors, but they are also related to the ability of the business to control the environment. This paper analyzes and investigates these factors, and uses the chain-pole equilibrium model to balance the various factors affecting the environmental decision-making of construction to ensure maximum output of the business.%在工程项目建设决策中,环境因素是一个非常重要的因素,其决策正确与否对项目的建设与应用产生重大影响。影响环境决策的主要因素有环境自身的因素如地质、水文物候等自然环境因素,社会环境因素,经济环境因素等,还与企业对环境的控制能力有关。本文对这些因素进行分析与调研,并运用链杆平衡管理模型对各影响因素进行平衡管理,以保证产出比最大化。
