为了促进民勤绿洲水资源高效利用，更好恢复生态系统，通过选用地表水、地下水开发利用率等十项指标对2012年民勤绿洲水资源开发利用现状进行综合评价；结合近年来实施重点治理所取得的成果，提出在新条件下后续治理过程中存在的问题；针对这些问题，立足实际，提出了民勤绿洲水资源持续利用的几项对策措施：优化科学实施调整方案、齐抓水量水质与开源节流并举、落实最严格水资源管理制度与深化水权制度改革、继续推进节水型社会建设。%In order to promote the efficiency of water resources use of Minqin oasis and restore ecosystems better, the current exploitation and utilization of water resources in Minqin oasis in 2012 is evaluated comprehensively by choosing ten indicators, such as surface water, groundwater development utilization percent and so on. Combining with the achievement from the implementation of the key governance in recent years, the problems existed in the subsequence process of management under the new conditions are proposed. Several countermeasures to the sustainable use of Minqin oasis based on the actual situation are proposed to solve these problems: optimizing and adjusting implemented programs scientifically, taking into account both quantity and quality of water as well as increasing water resources and reducing expenditure, putting the most stringent water management system into practice and deepening the reform of water rights system and continuing to promote the construction of water-saving society. The sustainable development of economy and society in Minqin oasis can be supported by the sustainable use and protection of water resources.
