流动调整器在设冷水流量测量改进中的应用

     

摘要

本文通过CFD软件对设冷水管道现有布置和分别安装Etoile型、管束型和K-Lab型流量调整器后母管孔板流量计截面处的流场进行了分析.模拟计算结果显示目前的管道布置无法使测量孔板截面处的流场完全符合漩涡角的要求.3种流动调整器对流场均能起一定的改善作用.鉴于K-Lab型的结构比管束型更为紧凑,因此其更适用于现有管道布置的改进.%The component cooling water flow without or with Etoile, Bundle and K-Lab flow conditioner respectively in section plane where the flow measurement orifice plate is installed are analyzed by CFD in this paper. The results show that the discrepancy between current pipe layout and requirements of standard in swirl angle. The three types flow conditioners can all be used to ameliorate flow condition. Considering that the K-Lab type has a more compact structure, it's more suitable for current pipe layout than Bundle pipe type.
