电力企业是基础产业,电力企业的安全不仅涉及行业自身,更触及社会安定和其他用电行业的安全,因此在电力企业安全生产管理中引入风险管理十分重要.通过电力安全生产现状分析、专家调研,对电力企业安全生产进行风险识别,将影响电力企业安全生产风险因素分为技术、管理、环境、经济、其他五大类.采用AHP法进行风险因素的重要度排序,得出关键风险因素有人力因素、应急预案、功能设计、作业环境四个指标,最后提出针对性的风险管控措施,期望为我国电力行业安全生产保障体系的建立提供借鉴.%The electric power enterprise is the foundation industry, its safety concerns not only itself, but also social stability and other industry; so it's very important to introduce risk management into power enterprises safety production. Through analysing safety situation of electric power production and experts investigation, to identify risks of safety production; safety risk factors can be divided into five categories including technology, management, environment, economy and other risk. Using AHP method to rank the importance of risk factors, get the key risk factors with human factors, emergency plans, function design, working environment and put forward corresponding measures on risk control, expect to provide reference for the establishment of guarantee system on China's electric power industry safety production.
