住宅小区规划设计中的几点体会

笔者以刚完成的京城国际高尚住宅小区规划设计的经历，浅谈住宅区规划设计中的几点个人体会，主要包括住宅区的地理位置选择及交通组织、配套服务设施、小区景观绿化设计等。%Based on the experience of the international noble residential district planning and design just completed, the aut-hor discusses some personal experiences in planning and des-ign of residential area, including residential location choice, tr-affic organization, service facilities, and residential landscapin-g design.
