建筑安装工程预算存在的问题及对策研究

In the construction and instal ation of project, the budget is the most important part of the whole instal ation pro-ject cost management, the rationality of the budget work has g-reat influence in the bidding work. This paper discusses the bu-dget for construction and installation engineering, analyzes pr-oblems in the construction and instal ation engineering budget process, and final y puts forward the relative countermeasures.%在建筑安装工程中，预算是整个安装工程造价管理中最重要的部分，预算工作的合理性对投标工作起到很大的影响。本文对建筑安装工程的预算情况进行了论述，对在建筑安装工程预算过程中存在的问题进行了详细的分析，最后针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。
