Xinjiang as Chinese western development of the main positions, the highway construction has encountered ma-ny problems because of the terrain features of“three mounta-ins clip basins”. To achieve massive highway project construc-tion in Xinjiang region, people must conduct a detailed investi-gation, measurement, design, conservation and management of highway structures.%新疆作为我国西部大开发的主要阵地，由于其“三山夹两盆”的地形特征，使得新疆的公路建设遇到了许多难题。为了能够在新疆地区实现大规模的公路工程建设，必须对其公路构造物进行详尽的勘察、测量、设计、养护和管理。
