浅谈工程施工阶段项目管理

摘要

建设工程的全部寿命周期包括项目的决策阶段、实施阶段和使用阶段。工程施工阶段包含于实施阶段，是整个建设工程周期中时间最长、任务最重、影响最大的阶段，施工阶段合理地进行项目管理是工程成败的关键，本文详细分析了此阶段工程项目管理的管理目标和具体管理方法。%The life cycle of construction project includes proj-ect decision phase, implementation phase, in-service phase. The construction phase is included in the implementation stage, which is had the longest time, most important tasks, and bigg-est impact in construction period, reasonable project manage-ment is crucial to the success of the project, this paper intro-duces project management objectives and specific manageme-nt methods of the stages.
