工程服务业的建设项目质量风险管理

摘要

工程服务业能影响建设项目的决策和实施效果。工程服务业与建设项目业主都是建筑活动中利益相关的主体，本文从利益相关者的理论角度出发，分析项目建造过程中的质量风险分配原则及不同利益相关者承担的质量风险责任。%The engineering service industry can influence the decision-making of project and the implementation effect. En-gineering services and construction project owners are intere-sted in the main building activities, this paper from the theory of stakeholder theory, analyzes quality risk al ocation princip-les and quality risk responsibility of different stakeholders in project construction process.
