建筑工程项目施工阶段成本控制管理

摘要

In the increasingly fierce market competition of m-odern society, the construction enterprises can foothold in fier-ce competition, in addition to the need to improve the constru-ction level and quality, more need to focus on cost control and management of funds. This paper discusses the construction project construction, analyzes the ef ective method in construc-tion stage of cost control.%　　在市场竞争日益激烈现代社会，建筑施工企业能否在激烈的竞争中稳定立足，除了需要提高施工水平与质量外，更多地需要将目光投向成本控制与资金管理。本文针对建筑工程项目施工建设展开了讨论，分析了建筑工程施工时期成本控制的有效方法。
